What we collect
- What you type in the quote form: your name, phone number, the type of job and your description of it, and the page you sent it from.
- If you call: your phone number, and the voicemail you leave, which is recorded and may be transcribed.
- If you arrived from a Google or Microsoft ad: the ad click identifier in the link (gclid, gbraid or wbraid). The site keeps it in a first-party cookie for up to 90 days and stores it with your request so we can tell which ads lead to requests.
- Visit counts from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or follow you across sites.
Who we share it with
Your request is shared with local providers so they can contact you about the job. That is the purpose of this site. We also use service providers that host the site, store requests and handle phone calls and notifications. They process data for us and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.
We do not publish your request. A provider you hear from is an independent business and has its own handling of your information, so ask them how they use it.
How long we keep it
We keep requests and voicemails for as long as we need to follow up and keep our records. To have yours deleted, write to [email protected] from the address or give the phone number you used.
Cookies
The only cookie this site sets is the ad click cookie above, and only if you arrive from an ad. You can block it in your browser; the site still works.
Security
The site and its form use HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so do not put card numbers or passwords in the job description.
Changes
If this page changes, the date above changes with it.
